When I lost my husband I had prayed so hard for God not to take him home yet! .. My prayers were not answered the way I had hoped and prayed for. .. My friend, Colin Moffett, from Ireland, wrote this song, and I came up with the melody and recorded it. I only did a snippet, and really need to finish it. .. Our prayers do mean something to God, and He always answers, even when we don't get the result we want, and don't understand. .. I thank Colin, who is an amazing poet and songwriter, for putting my thoughts to paper, and coming up with this beautiful song. .. David will forever be in my heart, so he will never really be far from me!
